Sean Massey is a Director at Capita Children’s Services, the leading supplier of information systems to the Children’s Service’s sector, and has been examining the issues behind the management of data on children for more than 10 years. Sean is responsible for the division of Capita Children’s Services which supplies information software and services to manage children’s data for local authorities. He is in daily contact with authorities trying to integrate this data to create a single view of each child so that any young person in need will be identified and be offered the support they require. Sean has a deep knowledge of the issues local authorities face in achieving this aim and how they are overcoming them. During his free time, Sean can be found following Woverhampton Wanderers FC. He is also partial to a game of golf.
