Talk about a nanny state, I was astonished to read a recent news article, which told of a plan to monitor blogs and internet forums that discuss Government Policy. the Media Monitoring Unit, part of the Cabinet Office`s Central Office of information is considering how to add blogs and forum entries into its regular summaries of public policy coverage distributed to Government Ministers.
So blogging about the Government may soon become illegal, you might find yourself being dragged of by the police and forced to admit why you wrote your opinion on David Milliband and Foreign Policies. You could even be sentenced, imagine that walking around the prison block, ” what you in for mate”
” you do not want to know”
” what, is it Murder?”
” no worse, blogging!”
