Scott is currently Editor of Public Service Review: Central Government at PSCA International, where he has worked on a number of areas including Education, Environment and Transport. Scott formerly worked as a researcher within PSCA where he worked on a number of publications including Freight, Health and European Union and authored articles on Local Transport and the Regions. He is a Social Commentator on a number of different Political issues, viewed through the Public Service website. Scott has also been heavily involved with current and future highly regarded PSCA Events including Local Government Efficiency 2007 and Infection Control 2007. Scott has a keen interest in Film Production, and has previously worked on a number of community Media Events including the Manchester and Stockport Book Awards. PSCA International publishes a wide variety of independent reviews including: Central Government, Construction, Devolved Government, Defence, Emerging Markets, European Union, Freight Transport, Home Office and the PFI Journal amongst others. Articles are written by senior ministers and civil servants, academic experts and leading figures from industry.
