Last week, Gandlake was present at the IRRV (Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation) Annual Conference & Exhibition (9-12 October) in Brighton. It was a tremendous few days.

Graham Cadle, Divisional Director Financial Customer Services at the London Borough of Croydon Council delivered an outstanding speech on our behalf to well over one hundred conference attendees. Discussing the benefits of using Gandlake’s Citizen’s Account e-presentment platform, his presentation was very well received and earned much positive feedback.

On Wednesday evening, the 10th, we hosted a cocktail evening at the Hotel du Vin. Despite stiff entertainment competition, we found ourselves networking with over 60 people including Mr David Magor, CEO of the IRRV; the National President of the IRRV; customers, dozens of local authorities and a handful of Business Partners.

Our week was complete with attendance at the IRRV Annual Performance Awards Dinner – networking and sharing ideas with over 500 people.

During the Awards Dinner, it was great to see the Benefits team at Hackney London Borough Council, a team that we have worked with extensively, win a well deserved award for Most Improved Team of the Year.
